Assisting with Activities of Daily Living

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) are the routine tasks that individuals perform every day to take care of themselves and maintain their independence. These activities are essential for personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and overall well-being.

For many individuals, performing ADLs independently can become challenging due to age, disability, illness, or injury. In such cases, caregivers play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to ensure the person’s needs are met effectively.
