Home Personal & Nurse Caregiving Terms and Conditions

  • Additional charges will apply for Nursing Procedures conducted during Nurse Caregiving.
  • For medical escort services, transportation fees are not included and are to be borne by the patient.

Nursing Services

Medical Service Terms and Conditions
  • Office hours rates are applicable on weekdays between 8am and 5pm, After office hours rates are applicable on weekdays between 5pm and 8am, weekends and public holidays
  • An overtime charge is applicable for Doctor House Calls that exceed 45 minutes.
  • Additional charges will apply for Doctor Procedures conducted during visit.
  • Transportation fees of $30 ($32.70 after GST) applies separately. An additional surcharge of $50 ($54.50 after GST) will be applied on top of transportation fees for the following locations: Sentosa, Changi Airport Cargo Complex, Jurong Island, Tuas South and Aviation Park.
Nursing Services Terms and Conditions
  • Weekday Day rates are applicable on weekdays between 7am and 8pm.
  • Each procedure can take up to 1 hr, except for Complex Wound Dressing and VAC Therapy Dressing (1.5hrs). Overtime Charge applies to all other procedures exceeding 1 hr.
  • Nursing procedure prices are classified based on complexity of procedure.
  • Transportation fees of $30 ($32.70 after GST) applies separately. An additional surcharge of $50 ($54.50 after GST) will be applied on top of transportation fees for the following locations: Sentosa, Changi Airport Cargo Complex, Jurong Island, Tuas South and Aviation Park.
