Palliative Care

Palliative care is a specialised form of medical care focused on relieving symptoms and improving the quality of life for terminally ill patients.

In line with the MOH’s 2023 National Strategy for Palliative Care, Jaga-Me operates a one-stop platform, JagaDignity, providing comprehensive palliative care services encompassing a wide range of support to patients and families. This helps to fulfil patients’ wishes to spend their final days at home, leaving with dignity and comfort according to their preferences.
