Home-based cancer care begins with a personalised treatment plan developed in collaboration with the oncologist, the patient, their caregivers and Next-of-Kin, and a dedicated home healthcare team. This plan considers the unique needs, preferences, and medical requirements of the individual.
- No longer need to travel and wait for appointments
- Patients and caregivers no longer need to take time off work or make alternative arrangements.
Receive care in the comfort and familiarity of home
Being able to stay at home minimises exposure to other infectious diseases.

National Cancer Centre Singapore – In 2020, Jaga-Me was selected as the mobile healthcare company to administer treatment at home for patients registered with the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) Home Care Programme.
Under this programme, Jaga-Me sends a nurse to the patient’s home to administer the required medications and assess the patient’s vitals.
As at 2022, over 300 patients have enrolled in the programme. A large majority of patients surveyed indicated that they were satisfied with the service as it saved time and was far more convenient than having to go to the hospital for their appointments.
